Sports Nutrition
Lehigh Valley Health Network now offers Sports Nutrition services led by licensed clinical sports dietitians Tanya Williams MS, CSSD, RDN, LDN and Paige Kutler MS, RD, LDN. With over 25 years of combined experience, our program delivers:
· Personalized 1 on 1 nutritional analysis
· Tailored meal plans and targeted food recommendations specialized to each athlete
· Educational resources to support each athlete’s health and performance goals
· Sports team and community outreach talks
To schedule a virtual or in-person appointment billed through insurance, acquire a referral from your Primary Care Provider (PCP) for LVPG Sports Nutrition and call 833-LV-Ortho (833-586-7846), option 6. Same Day On Demand ExpressCare Video Visits
Lehigh Valley Health Network is proud to offer same day telehealth visits for skin rashes, coughs, headaches, eye infections, and other common conditions that require an evaluation by our team providers. Log-in to your MyLVHN Account, confirm your location, select rash, and complete the remaining prompts.
